Beautiful ❤. So so so similar to mine brother. I was taught that it was literally dangerous for a Christian to even step foot in a Catholic Church much less partake of a mass. I sat in the parking lot and said such a similar prayer to God. I need to know without a doubt. He answered me as he answered you. ❤❤❤❤ so awesome thanks for sharing your story.

If you ever listen to Scott Hahn’s conversion story, he says the first time he walked into a Catholic gift shop, with all the statues and whatnot, he was afraid of catching “Catholic cooties”! 😂 That line struck me funny when I first heard it around 25-30 years ago and it still makes me laugh. I’m a Jewish convert to the Catholic Faith. I was converted by a dream. It was a personal experience so powerful, that I believed instantly that Jesus is real, He’s alive, and He has all the power and all the love! That same day I got on my knees and said, “Lord, I’m yours body and soul, do whatever You want with me.” Then I asked Him to find me my church before Easter. That was on March 12, 1990. The Lord then led me by a roundabout route to the Catholic Church, my first day there was Good Friday. I entered the Church in 1991, alleluia! Praise God for His Mercy! I thank God every day for my Catholic Faith. The more I hear about Protestants and their endless arguments, the happier I am that the Lord brought me into His Church in the way He did. I have absolutely no doubt that He founded this Church and that He knew exactly what He was doing. Some day all Protestants will have their eyes opened and return to the True Faith and the Sacraments. Keep praying.

Today I had time to watch your video til the end. ;-) What a passionate testimony. Thankyou so much. You should have at least 100 million views. I am a cradle catholic, and the Catholic Church is my home. And I just need it in my life, I need the Eucharist, I need to be with people who share my faith. And it really hurts me seeing how people here in Germany are leaving the church by the ten thousands every month. And the church here has no answer. And I have met so many priests that are so lukewarm or plainly don´t care at all about their flock. There is no fire in them, there is no longing to share the Euangelium. We are closing one church after the other. Many priests still don´t come to the entrance of the church to greet people. It´s devastating. And people don´t now what they are really loosing. They are so lost. In their world, where there is no path to follow, no morally binding structure, where you can decide on how to live and what to do, all by your own standards. We hope and pray for our son, that what we showed him , will keep him faithful, but right now, the church is no home for him. None of his friends go to church regularly. He didn´t even want his friends to know he was an altar server for 8 years. It is so sad. Thankfully he has cousins, who are involved in the church and I hope he doesn´t feel so alone. 40 years ago I lived with a baptist family in California for a year. I had no idea what a baptist was. As you said, it was a building with an auditorium but not what I recognized as a church. I always felt weird being a Catholic at this church. It seemed like they always looked at me thinking "the poor thing". But I was really impressed how they knew the Bible. How they used every opportunity to share their faith , even with strangers. And how there would be time after the service to talk with the pastors, to get together for a lunch or breakfast. But I never understood why they were so wild about converting Catholics. Only a few years ago when I first saw the anti-Catholic videos here on youtube, that´s when I understood. And now I have become more firm in my faith , because I have looked at their arguments and then compared them with what the Catholic church had to say about them. Catechesis is so bad here. No wonder many Catholics are easy prey for the sola scriptura churches. I wish we had more people like you here in Germany, that really are burnig for their faith and want to know the truth. Before youtube I hadn´t even heard of the church fathers. I don´t even think they play a role in the lives and works of the porfessionals here. But I say, we can only do our best, be examples of our faith and try to live like Jesus. My biggest hero and Lord. God bless you. 🙏 😇

It's so sad the misunderstandings and the lies told about Christ's church - heartbreaking. So many people fervently opposed to the way, the truth and life, shutting themselves off from the sacramental gifts of grace that our Saviour left us poor sinners through his apostles and those they sent. It's almost overwhelming. People fixated on being saved, having been thrown the lifeline of baptism and yet refusing to recognise where that lifeline has come from. You and your family have been truly blessed, V

I don’t know how you turn one simple supper into a doctrine of sacrificing Christ again and again for more sense. I’m sorry that’s not biblical at all. You need to read Hebrews.
@rangers94ism
@rangers94ism 2 ай бұрын
@Sirach144 No. That's not what the sacrifice of the Mass is. The Eucharist is the body and blood of Jesus Christ from the same sacrifice that he did that day on the cross. Think about when Jesus fed the 5,000 with 5 loaves and 2 fish. How did Jesus do that? Because Jesus is God, and he can multiply what he wants to multiply. We eat and drink Jesus every week so that we can have life in us. This is how we accept Jesus Christ into our lives. So, from that point of view have you ever actually accepted Jesus into your life? But every Mass draws from that same sacrifice. As a matter of fact, everything that we do draws on that same sacrifice or it has no power. This is why we Catholics can't boast about anything. We can go to Mass, go to Confession, pray the Rosery and feed the poor, but if the power of Jesus's sacrifice isn't there then what we do is nothing. In this way, we do not rely on our own strength but God's. That's why we do things in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Does that makes sense?
@Sirach144
@Sirach144 2 ай бұрын
@ Actually, it is. You believe that Christ took the bread and wine and actually made it into his literal blood and body. I know exactly what the Catholics teach it because my family is Catholic. You can make your answer as long as you want, but you don’t even understand your own religion. Catholicism teaches that baptism washes you from the Adamic sin. And then the Mass is for future sins. It’s taught that when you offer the bread and wine of literally becomes the flesh and blood of Jesus. I’m sure if you do a blood test on it it will prove that false. And then the Mass is a resacrificing for all sins since baptism. No rosary beads can forgive sins. That’s a made up practice. Stringing together a bunch of scriptures into a prayer doesn’t mean it’s acceptable to God.

I just found your channel and I subscribed. Your testimony makes me very happy! I’ve been catholic since birth, and when I was 17 I went to a ( catholic) retreat that changed my spiritual life and personal relationship with Jesus . It was wonderful ❤ Since there I am very close to church and I was going to youth prayer groups. I’m Mexican and all of this was in Mexico. I met my husband at 24 who was living in the USA and we got married and I came living in the US. It makes me so sad to see all Mexicans and Hispanics that have been taken to Protestantism. Unfortunately the majority of Hispanic people that immigrates here are low educated and they are a target for Protestants. I love Jesus, Mary and my catholic faith, but I need and desire with all my heart to know my faith very well to defend her. One of the resolutions I have this year is to study the church fathers. I’m praying the rosary and mercy chap let every day for the conversion of my daughter and husband, who have stopped going to church and they barely believe in God now 😢 It’s sad to go to church alone. Blessings to you and your family 🙏🏼

You can find the “Old Time Religion” in the Church Fathers, in the ancient Liturgy, and in the ecumenical Creeds of the Catholic Church. Welcome home, brother! 😊😊😊❤❤❤ P.S. I was a Reformed Presbyterian of 15 years right before I converted into the Catholic Church. That was ten years ago. I was immediately excommunicated from the Reformed church as a result. 🤔

Great testimony! The Lord is so amazing, the way He knows exactly how to lead each one of us. My conversion story is very different but the Lord’s fingerprints are all over your journey and mine. He knows us so well. One more thing - you guys have a beautiful marriage. I am really impressed by your mutual respect and love. You would make a great Deacon couple, such a wonderful example for others in the Church. Pray about it.

Thank you - as a Catholic, your testimony really brought tears to my eyes - it's 2025 now and to be honest it has been emotionally draining for a very long time to keep defending our Church from rabid anti-Catholic attacks. It takes a really really brave non-Catholic to let go of things they were taught from birth.❤‍🩹

I love it! I am a calvinist and I am probably converting to Catholicism also, after much wrestling. I have not needed to adjust my reformed view of soteriology however. I would also like to drop my two cents, and say that fundamentalism and reformed theology mix like oil and water. In other words, if you were kjvo, fundamentalist, and pre-trib rapture ready, you were by no means reformed. I'm pretty sure you can be Catholic and still have a reformed view of soteriology 🤔 but anyway, I digress.....I am ecstatic to hear that you have left the tiny separatistic box of dispensational premillennialism though! Praise the Lord 🙌 The Holy Spirit will guide us all the way 🙏🏻 For His glory! I grew up anti-catholic because my Dad had a generally bad experience with the Catholic Church as a boy in Catholic school, so naturally I only heard bad things about Catholics and eventually believed that the word Catholic was just another word for "mistaken" or "naive" and all sorts of other erroneous slandering. This was so unhelpful it actually ended up poisoning the well for me personally, so my journey of reverting has unfortunately begun with hitting the "mute button" on the voices by which I had formerly been influenced. Now I actually love the Lord 🙌, so now the holy spirit is guiding me in learning to forgive and review with gentleness in order to untie all the knots of confusion in my family without dishonoring my Dad. It's very difficult because we live in the same house now, for financial purposes, so of course prayers are welcome. Helping my Mother in the grieving process, after the passing of my older brother and recently my grandmother, has suddenly been much more effective since I have started using Catholic prayers and blessings and simply asking the holy spirit to guide me His way and not my way, but to please make the path clear and obvious, so that even though the trials themselves may be difficult, my response to them and my ability to trust God's wisdom over my own has gotten better and better since my personal renouncement of anti Catholic NONSENSE 😤. No more lol Did I just rage quit protestantism??? 😅

Dude! I'm about halfway through listening to this testimony, and I just realized something... Ive gone through the same stages of conversion, from being fundamentalist, to being reformed baptist, to thinking of myself as Presbyterian because of the infant baptism, even though I don't have children, I converted with conviction to thinking of myself as Presbyterian. Now I am going through the stages of realizing the errors of the particularly anti-catholic protestantism I was raised in. This is amazing, because I am seeing that many others are experiencing this also. I have begun praying the rosary prayers, and I have struggled with the idea of devotion to our Lady, but I've been listening to the channels "armor of God: spiritual warfare", "pints with Aquinas" and"Ascension presents". I have pretty much all together dropped listening to my beloved "ligonier ministries" and Voddie Baucham, Paul Washer, John MacArthur etc. And you know what? I'm less and less confused as I go along. I'm more His☝️ and more alive and more free and more devoted to the Lord than EVER. Praise the Lord 🙌

@@EmbracingTradition100thank you for praying for me. I really want to go to a mass, but I'm a bit afraid because my father is pretty anti-catholic protestant, and I'm pretty sure he will be a bit disturbed if and whenever he finds out. Also, I live in Memphis Tennessee, and.... Not sure how to say... I don't know how to find a "good church", or maybe a better way to put it is how to spot a "bad Church". Does that make sense?

I love your testimony! We probably have some mutual friends! We were reformed Presbyterians in the PCA for the better part of 30 years at a church very closely tied to GPTS whose current pastor is CR Wiley. I work with a lot of people who attend that church and some that have attended or are currently attending that seminary! I have been praying since the beginning of this year for the students there and at Reformation Bible College to come into the Catholic Church!

@The-Good-Life that's fantastic. I'm a new convert from secularism, my wife and I were married by her priest growing up. She gave her bouquet from the ceremony to mother Mary at the church and we prayed the rosary with her family at the first altar. I'm struggling with the change in lifestyle but hearing what you said and videos like this helps. God bless you

I started to study to be a prot pastor. After I got my second Baptism, John Smyth's Beliver's Baptism, I felt an overwhelming desire to do more for God. He was Calling me to something more, but I didn't know what. But I had these questions like, who do we listen to if some people are preaching some things, and others are preaching something different. That and where did the Bible come from? Like when you have a song stuck in your head, I Hebrews 13:8 stuck in my head. There must be a way to know what the Apostles were 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 teaching. And after I read the Church Fathers I realized why my last prot pastor discouraged me from doing so lol Hebrews 13:8 made sense to me then and after it says to nor be taken by strange teachings. And that's what I was doing in protestantism was following teachings that were strange to the first 1500 years of Christianity.

@gregorioparedes7581 no, that's what I wanted to say. I added my school motto, Domini sumus.(We are the Lord's). From Romans 14:8 for if we live, we live for the Lord, or if we die, we die for the Lord; therefore whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s
