56:20 The big summary of all of this in terms of three points. The first is about the scarcity principle. When we believe we're lacking within we function as a thing in need, our lives become about getting to fill that lack. But we never fill it, we just reinforce its reality. 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷 Number two. The abundance of our true nature. Scarcity is just a false belief. It's not the truth about us. We can identify with and experience the abundance that is an inherent part of our being and then we won't need to do all the getting. 🌿🌿🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦆🦆🌹🌹 Point three. When we experience that abundance even to a certain degree then our natural mode goes from getting to giving. When we know our abundance, our normal needs drop away and we have only one need which is to give, so what this journey from scarcity to abundance is one in which we completely switch the mode in which we live. We completely transform our relationship with the world. Rather than getting from a sense of lack we give from a sense of abundance. Whatever the form of lack, it says one thing: I’m here, I’m real and I’m separated from God. That’s what we really wanted as egos. We want that lack to prove our existence. The very act of breathing itself is an expression of lack and seeking outside yourself. Whilst we think we’re actually here, there’s no problem in getting things that appear to be outside ourselves. The trick is knowing what you’re actually doing and not feeling guilty about it. As guilt is gradually undone these lacks will gradually disappear of their own accord.

Hello. How about those who are addicted to sexual lust? Because I have people in my life who are 'possessed' by lust, and they continue to chase it even though it doesn't really fulfill them. How can I help them?

That’s such a huge topic and should be entered very carefully, but the Course does speak to it. 13 How can sexual impulses be directly translated into miracle impulses? ²In a situation where you or another person, or both, experience inappropriate sexual impulses: ³Know first that this is an expression of fear. ⁴Your love toward each other is not perfect and this is why the fear arose. ⁵Turn immediately to me by denying the power of the fear, and ask me to help you replace it with love. ⁶This shifts the sexual impulse immediately to the miracle impulse and places it at my disposal. ⁷Then acknowledge the true creative worth of both yourself and the other one. ⁸This places strength where it belongs. I got it, the Course teaches all this life is a dream, thus no need to forgive yourself for your sins or anyone because sin is just as much an illusion as anything else. Sin is reactionary thinking to the false idea there is anything real. As you say we are all as God and Jesus is one of us. Hence there is certainly no need for Jesus saving grace of dying on a cross for our sins. We needn’t forgive ourselves because there is nothing to forgive.

I really don't feel I am of this world. I also have not even dated in 14 years.one reason I would want a companion is to help me around the home . I have a kidney defect it is rare I pass stones foe a living. I actually am only lacking money for my needs 🙃

I been doing meditation everyday for over 4 years for a few hours a day. My spirit has healed my whole body everything from my brain bleed damage to my tumor on my Adrenal all the damage done by big pharmaceutical .I just have my birth defect I even can handle that . I know this is just my body I am a spirit. I was on 370 pills for many years up till 2018 .
