@Jeremy ice & fire 33 I think Randall will become the man in yellow in the future but I was rewatching s2 e8 and Randall was carving what looked like the totem from cannibal village. I dont think Randall has been to cannibal village unless it was done off screen. He also was the first to say what if someone was in on it. What if Elgin, Carla, are at 2 of the people helping the monsters. Randall could have placed himself in from to control the narrative. The reason why I say this is because he wasn't afraid of the monsters and they seem to have some respect for him. What if they saw him as a replacement for smiley and when they captured him gave him the means to become the future man in yellow. The waitress did say we get to keep Randall though.

Look closer at the bottles in that bottle tree, they are all empty, no papers, nothing in them. Plus, the bottles don't look old and weathered. This photo is behind the bar, jade made a new bottle tree for some reason that we should see soon.

I still wonder if there is a specific tree that the roots from “the symbol” are connected to that hasn’t been visited/entered yet and that’s how they can save the children. I feel like “the symbol” doesn’t mean anything but that it is the origin point of the important tree(s) and they need to follow the roots. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Can’t thank you enough for keeping it honest and giving us good review. So many channels putting out spoiler pretending they don’t know what the ending is . I really hope MGM does not give out episode ahead of time next season , tow seasons in a row people have ruined their awesome ending , so disappointing. MGM please , being surprised is the fun part .

The symbol that the kids look up to, the roots create 7 spaces within the circle, there are 7 kids. There are 3 points that the roots cross. They come for 3, is this significant, am I reading into it? Are any of the residents in the town related to the Ankooey kids? Or related to the people that hurt them. Family tree roots seeking out absolution or retribution.

@kayellis4096 I think that could definitely be significant yes. The theme of 3 is continued in Randall Julie & Mari as well & the Sight, Sound & Touch effects they're experiencing. Randall is Seeing the cicadas, Julie still Hears the screaming & Mari still Feels them on her

She is the storyteller that gives the children hope, echoing one of the first scenes of the show with her and Ethan in the RV

I know it's whacky, but I think they are looking at Tillie at CH. I know. . . nuts, but that's what I think. Y'all notice that ghoul woman is looking less frail every time we see her? She's getting closer and closer to becoming more life-like, just saying. Now the only reason I don't think it's the real world re Jade and Henry, is bc Henry told us the tree was in the middle of a park. Of course, it would depend on what kind of park. It's not a lean-to, that's for sure. It would be very cool if that's so. How can Elgin look Ellis in the face knowing what he's done to his wife. I mean really?!?!

@pigggerglue7499 your correct. Unfortunately the creator John Griffin said that they wouldn't be doing flashbacks to who they were before they arrived. We learn a little bit about certain characters backstories but it's usually all through exposition instead of flashback scenes.

No ther are not in real world there are multiple trailers, I have seen where there is a quick shot right in the beginning, so quick I had to pause to really see Where Jade is going up the ladder and sitting on the small hang over roof was Christopher with jasper I believe that was a vision Someone said this might be the back of the bar, and if you look to the right is seems there is a box what looks like a bottle in it, Maybe Jade with this book and the help of henry is making a new bottle tree

The new bottle tree, I think, is being constructed by Jade - it looks like he is replicating one, like he has been trying to see things in a different way. It looks like it is behind the bar. There is a box of bottles on the porch for assembly. I doubt he and Henry have made it out of Fromville.

Clearly Jade is creating or simulating a far away tree. You see the box of bottle on the porch... so he is working out a new theory or attempting to visualize a new theory. Jade in S1E3 is wearing a blue striped shirt and white tennis shoes. In S3E7 the corpse is wearing a similar if not same blue stripe shirt and white tennis shoes. Only one frame of it reveals the white tennis shoes between Elgin's legs. The Ahnkooey children look drowned and water damaged... their clothes also looking water stained. This is likely tied to the Brundles. The word Ahnkooey is most likely a physical sign, like a car license plate, or some other printer sign that the children are reading literally in order to direct potential helpers to their final resting place (probably a submerged vehicle in the Brundles) The current "clinic" appears to have actually been a schoolhouse. Lots of elementary school related items on the walls, chalkboards, etc. Like the pool and motel sign have no motel... the cellar has no house. The beginning being talked about is the fallen tree across the road... "Everyone sees the fallen tree" It begins there for everyone. This is likely a far away tree which, since broken has a larger field of activation. Why is it being "protected" by the ravens/crows? Why don't they want you to cross or otherwise modify/destroy the tree? Why is there a lighthouse where there is no sea? Think about the motel sign, pool and cellar.... Victor says the trees are moving. Dale was transported inside the pool wall. What if the Motel was once there and that particular teleport was once to a safe location? Now that time travel has been introduced... expect to see Martin enter the town not knowing anything about it. Consider that the scene with Martin chained to the wall wasn't the past... but the future. Meaning the far away trees can likely teleport through time and space. Which is why Dale was teleported in the pool wall, the man in the cellar was teleported under a rock, Boyde was teleported to Martins time (future or past)... but when he left via the ruins was back at his time. The creature that lurks at the settlement is why there are no monsters there.

I thought that might be Jade's body too but upon closer inspection it's a different outfit. Jade had a simple blue & white striped shirt, the shirt the body has on has diamond shaped patterns on it, if you zoom in you can see it better. And Jade had on tan cargo pants not jeans. I don't think it's Jade
