Many were encouraged by the testimony I shared of trusting God for His goodness in the area of marriage. So, I wanted to share the entire testimony of how my fiancé and I met and what led to our engagement after only courting for two months. Our love story was truly written by God as it points to Jesus Christ. He gets all the glory for what He has done!

When a union is God-ordained, it’s not always conventional or expected. My husband and I knew each other for years platonically before our courtship, and within months, we knew it was meant to be. But we gave ourselves a full year of getting to know each other better before deciding to move forward. Twelve years in now and still going strong.

God’s timing is the best. Seek Him with all your heart and he’ll give u the desires of your heart. Single for 5 years and 4 months ago I started a courtship. This is all God. Keep seeking Him and be patient. He will bless you with more than you can hope for. And ladies, you don’t have to sleep with a man to Keep him. If it’s of God, you and that man will honor God with your bodies.

Beautiful! And it is truly in God’s time! My aunt and uncle will have been married for 34 years come March 25th, and knew each other in less time than the two of you have, having met August 1988 at a gospel choir concert. He proposed in December 1988, and they were married in March. Can’t even focus on what others have to say when God ordained it. Trust in Him and keep Him at the center. Congratulations! 🙏🏾💛✨

Misleading title. The timeline is off. But bottom line... There was a gap. He stayed in touch or cycled back to her because he experienced / continues to experience an outpouring of God's love through her. They were friends. She is patient & kind. He was "living his life" & due to "whatever" was going on in his life and in his prior relational dynamic, he made a conscious decision to choose her. *And there you have it. 😉 😄.

This is so encouraging, I met a God fearing guy on a Christian dating site, a deep divine Godly connection. However God gave me confirmation that his my God ordained husband, we stopped communication due to the loss of his son but I know God is not a man that He should lie. And your testimony is just confirmation that God will make all things beautiful in His time.
