That’s funny about weather. I’m from Texas and lived in Scotland for 3 years. The only time to me it was warm enough for shorts was July 4 1995. It was topping and it was barely 80 F (27 C). I got a sun burn on my legs. So you talking about amber alert for the heat brought back fond memories of my stay.
