Putting on an exhaust will do nothing to void your warrantee. It has nothing to do with emissions, suspension, safety, the body of the car, nothing. Sure you cant install an aftermarket exhaust then complain to BMW if the exhaust falls off, but thats only regarding the part you changed.

That exhaust looks like wasted money. Not enough gain. Money better spent on better wheels and springs. The stock S4 wheels with Emmotion springs would be better upgrade.
