I find this had a few white collar after every bout everyone's like i want the go in ring hecause they can have a go pissed up, going in a ring is much harder the training and to go and fight it with infr nt of everyone you love takes balls my first ever fight im army in knocked out but this gave me so much confidence noone bullied me again the blesses lord has given us everything

I done my mechanics course there run by ray what a top guy he was man, let us cook breakfasts and do some training in the garage aslong as we were up to date on our course work, pull ups on car lifts weights with steel wheels and press ups and stuff best course In the prison
