The fact that he showed how his faith in God and spiritual training contributes to his physical training is everything. Wow…such an inspiration.

You really did a great job showing the daily grind and just quiet intentionality required to get back from an injury. I’ve dealt with a few so far in college and trusting in the Lord with all my heart is what got me through as well. Awesome vid, all glory to God!

Hey Brock, I'm kinda late to the party, but since discovering your channel and watching your journey through injury, I found it crazy how much I could identify with what you went through. Im a high school runner and got a stress fracture in my tibialis posterior and my team wasnt able to make it to state without me. Unfortunately, my injury has lasted since August and I'm coming back from a big setback during rehab. Just did my 3rd run today since the tib started flaring up again, and can't wait to be back. I've learned so much, just like you, and I'm staying more intentional than ever. Thanks for what you're sharing with the running community, and I'll be sure to stick around.

She’s amazing! Was really nice to have some company on the long run. She won’t use the nice camera on the bike either, but she said volunteered to drive.

Yes! I do sleep in the Coros and I do try to use the sleep data. Usually aim for 8 hours a night with plenty of REM sleep.
