bhai ye banda NSIT ka hai. He got placed in BCN (Bain back office) through on campus placement. On campus placements are 20 times easier to crack than off campus placements. Aur MBBs me to bilkul bhi nhi hoga as they only hire people from IIT, SRCC, LSR, etc with 1 yr exp for off campus roles. And in other companies, Business Analyst position will give u less pay. This is something which these guys won't tell you. Ik this coz I am also from a similar college in a similar role.

Problem is, 90% log jo iss video ko dekh rhe hain, they are never going to get an interview call from MBBs coz vo elligible hi nhi. Baaki 10% me se unhi ko chance milega jinke campus me aati h ya company me kisi ko jaante hain. This spreading of false hope is highly unethical.

its not so easy rather nearly impossible to get hired in a business analyst role as a fresher if an individual is not from tier 1 colleges like iits or top nits or nsit etc where on campus placement happens for this role .. offcampus placements are very tough these days... its vey attractive to hear but its too tough for a fresher... this is not the reality atleast in india ..

Hello sir! I am currently in my last year of college. I am pursuing BBA from a private university, Not so good university. I am interested in finance but still confused as I have never experienced what kind of job will I have to do in finance. Will I like to do it for the rest of my life or not. So I am planning to give CAT-25. My college will end in May-2025. So there will be a gap year. And I am planning to do some internships and some course in this time period. So is it a good idea to take some break after completing my BBA and do some internship. And what courses can I do in order to make a good career in finance. I also have the option of moving abroad for future studies but it will be costly and I believe India would be a better option for future. So I am very much confused about what should I do to get the maximum results possible at a lower cost. My reason to not do MBA after completing my BBA is that I am still not clear about the field. Please reply to it! And if anyone has taken some drop year or has something to share please share it with me. :)

Because MBA abroad costs so much and you don’t even get surity of jobs or placements outside unless you do it from a top tier university which will cost almost double than normal ones. So I am not planning to do it rn.

@@hardik4real my opinion is not justified at all infact I wish the best to you in any pursuit you might undertake but hear me out I am a commerce graduate from du ( was a topper) know sql, bi , Excel, python that pretty much everything people endorse to get Into analyst field. But hey the job market was cruel to me. There were not many openings . I applied to like 200 company was rejected from majority had to settle for a BPO opening of 10k (not analyst title). DON'T want others to suffer the same.
