In this video, I dive into one of the most frequently asked questions from viewers in their 20s, 30s, and 40s: "What should I do next in my career?" Drawing from personal experiences, I explore the pivotal moments and decisions that significantly shaped my career path. I start by discussing the limited choices fresh graduates often face and emphasize the importance of embracing a variety of roles early in one's career to discover personal strengths and preferences.

No offense . But according to me onsite coordinator role is basically a nothing role. its a role which can degrade a person to flourish technically. Yes it does help in improving communication skill but

I want to transition from tech role to a managerial role and have 9 years of experience. But till date, I haven't seen any opportunity getting created around me for the same. How can I do it? Should I go for an MBA? What are the relevant certifications that I should go for? Please tell
@MrSuraajkumar

I would suggest to not go for MBA. Go for Technical Manager or Engineering Manager role. They are future proof. Thats technical + people management.

@@MrSuraajkumar Can you please elaborate more on the requirements, certifications, upskilling required for such technical manager roles. As the question above mentions that there are no opportunities around her/him for such transition, so can you also elaborate more on how to create such opportunities. TIA

These days in many startups , Tech people handle all the non technical leadership roles. If you go beyond Engineering Manager its all leadership. THERE IS NOTHING TECH TO LEADER. THERE IS ONLY TECHNICAL LEADER

You become a true leader only by staying technical. In a true tech company, how else can you lead others?
