I don't think anyone was hurt, he spent the night in jail and was released when he paid the $5000.00 bail.

I know he was also in a traffic accident when he lived in Sussex back in the late 70's and they took him in for a breathlyzer test the results weren't published in the article.

He was arrested in Pennsylvania in 1993 not Florida, 1994. David had issues with alcohol throughout his life.
