Munition warners don't work under water so your flares will be fine. The ACB needs a notification from the warners to know that missiles are within their set range. Also, you can improve your sonar buoy setup by expanding them one block to put in two regulators and a ballast tank. Makes them last a long time and sink better.

Oh and if the spiky hull syndrome is bothering you enough you can use the right oriented angle corners to get rid of it. Copy them with R and replace them without symmetry on.

Also, I'd like to point out the "Apply to all touching similar components" button in the "Q" menu on thrusters. Using that will save a lot of time when you're doing stuff like setting up jets for turning. I don't think it works for the 3x3x1m parts though.

you should add CRAM bombs in the cavities. Don't use the bomb chute though, as the speed nerf is a dealbreaker. a few 800mm cannons with motorized barrels are really good. [EDIT] a tip for props: the upward extension blocks actually add to the force exerted I had the prop revalation a while ago, and Ive found that they are worse on lIghter, smaller craft yet they seem to be better for heavier vehicles. i guess they have more torque...

Lathrix, I recently used this concept on the SHIELD helicarrier by ROSEFALL. It can be used to avoid flyers if your lose too much health. BTW please check it out, (Skull Crusher Helicarrier) it is a serious beast, as I am constantly making additions and changes to it. OH! that reminds me I need to update it on the workshop.

Lathrix: I removed all of the missiles from inside the wings. We have a lt of room to mess around with... Me: 🤔 (immediately envisions 2 or 3 advanced cannon turrets under each wing, and the internal space filled with cannon-related components like belt-feeders and ammo containers)

First off Dediheliblades are amazing due to their engine effeciency, heck I got a very very small flier that only got 100 engine power that moves at 100m/s it's my default target for weapon testing... Anyway how the hell do you have such amazing luck with spawns? :( My first spawn in my current adventure was a White Flayer 50FP Trechery... On the flip side, I did learn something new that you can easily capture vehicles as long as you can get ontop of them. Cause all Faction ships posess a heartstone and the Heartstone don't care if you're friendly or not, so even hostile Heartstones will recharge you. >:D So while the Trechery was my first spawn, it's now my main ship. >:D

It's easy just get hydrofoils at 45 degrees(or minus 45 I dunno)and then stick some propellers on the back. Remember to use lots of metal not wood. I do also believe in series three or four he went quite in depth when he made one for the campaign.

regarding that curent Triangle corner 1m bug. you can bypass that bug by building in mirror mode -> copy that mirrored Triangle corner -> undo mirror mode and replase the Triangle corner 2m bug. i doesnt fix the bug, but you dont have to wait for a fix for it ^^

... you are so lucky with your initial spawn... so far I've tried 4 times and thus far have had a WF, SD or LH hydrofoil or hovercraft as the first thing I had to fight... all of them were too fast to run from, and had far more firepower than I could have achieved by that point...

Lathrix that submersible helicopter is probably my favorite of your designs. Simple yet deadly. I may be one of the few to ask this but I think you might be able to afford a light manually controlled missile launcher (with maybe six or so missiles) for that extra variety.

So I learned a trick with heliblades from one of my massive flyers lol if you're using forward thrust from heliblades you can use the same blades to help with turning! you just use an acb i think it was the when command received to yaw to activate pretty much if you want to turn right you set your right wing to go -30 while the left side kicks into 30 than make it do the same for the left and you're golden. it also works with thrusters. btw I've really been enjoying this from the depths series it's gotten me back into the game :D

If you use a sub vehicle turret (A sub vehicle connected to a one-axis turret with a docking port/missile controller to count as a weapon) with two other turrets using missile controllers to aim high power large short range shields at a test dummy to try reflect advanced cannon fire almost directly back at the enemy? (I hope this makes sense, if not, read it slower.))

I think you should try you hands at a 66mm 6 barrel anti missile cannon firing 1-2m frag shells (they don't even need to be fast just go crazy with the frags set at around 60 degree cones). I've tested and found that a properly setup frag cannon of this size can eat missiles for breakfast lunch and dinner. you can also give them duel control blocks (anti missile controller and the normal one at the same time) so it will fight enemies (really good on soft targets) until there are missiles. it will need a laser targeter set to detonate just a little before reaching the target and you are good. they are not that hard to set up and are not too ammo hungry.

You should use custom jets, uses fuel directly, BUT, can put out tons of power for a surprisingly low amount of fuel. I made a hovercraft that used a custom jet to stay in the air and an engine to power some normal small jets for motion, and with 2 small fuel tanks I went for a really long way.

I wish I could find a green warp gate as I spawned on Harder, which is so much fun in a still mostly wooden craft with pitiful dps especially as the enemies are clumping together in twos and threes. So I keep ending up in melee brawls because otherwise someone else nabs the dropped resources. At least only having two weapons systems and a small craft is making figuring out the detection update easier.

I like your non missile spam craft. Missiles are too easy and boring. Flying is also a little over powered against some starting enemys, buy i understand the need to move fast when you are a youtuber making videos.

Do you have enough processing power for your detection system? Because if you don't the sensors don't work as well and you lose accuracy and range. You can use the extra space in the wings to connect processing cards with wireless transmitters and ai connectors. I would also recommend a wireless snooper because it can detect almost anything even if it is underwater.

+Lathland I would also use multiple 90 degree sensors instead of a few 360 ones on the turrets for increased range of detection. 90 degree sensors can also be easier to place because they are a full block and slot nice into walls and at the front of vehicles

Lathrix, if you are going to put it in a campaign you should make it a hit and run craft. Stay in sub mode until you are close, pop up destroy a few ships and run away as fast as you can.
