I built dedicated anti-air missile frigates specifically to counter these little bastards. Small missiles with a light payload, but VERY fast and manoeuvrable. The frigates quickly became a fleet mainstay, as they were capable of shredding virtually any airborne threat.

funny enough steam power is more powerful it packs more of a punch but if its not manage it can explosive and many other things also its much more worse for air. then oil

It's way more powerful. The biggest downside is the size. Not only the size of the parts but the amount of protection you need to give it because every single part on the assembly is critical. The slightest scratch can bring you to a crawl or a total stop.

@@WinterRaven25 it seemed like we both had the same idea and both said it but at two diffence time hmmm. also most parts are critical for a engine to live also. maybe like if a couple spark plugs go you should be fine but like if a crack gets in the engine block or the oil starts leaking it has the same plobem with steam. one small crack can being it to a stop.

Robert, the reason why your ship is easier to control backwards is because of the rudder at the back (assuming u have a rudder & not turning by propellers) It’s for the same reason it’s easier to control a car driving backwards than forwards. The rudder is where the origin of the turning is and where you have most control and immediate control
