From the Shannon to St Rynagh's

Song written by Jessica Traynor in collaboration with 2020 Transition Years of Banagher College, composed by Elaine Agnew and sung by the 2021 6th Class of St Rynagh's National School.
The song and film forms part of a larger per cent for art project commissioned by Offaly County Council Arts Office funded by the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government. Poet Jessica Traynor worked with the community of Banagher to produce a pamphlet of poetry inspired by the history and folklore of Banagher.
