@@pumbadumba8341 Yes, they were banking too much on Lockie Ferguson to be that X factor player and he broke down on day 1 of the 1st test match. But Neil Wagner impressed one and all. Bowling 10 overs in a long spell and giving his 100%. He finished with 17 wickets from 158 overs in 3 match series i.e. 50 overs in a test. Nz batsmen got tested and somehow they just couldn't bat after having spent so much time in the field on all 3 occasions

He was called little Don Bradman like prithvi Shaw as next Sachin. Scores 2 century in same test his test debut and record made with youngest. Scored ODI century on his debut and record made first Australian cricket to do. Scored 200 in both FC and List A cricket. He and Virat Kohli was the only cricketers has 45+ avg in both FC and List A cricket, when he was alive. He lacks in test side 2013 and forever dropped from test. 2014 he consistently performed in domestic cricket and waited for test recall but never and dismiss of Phillip. May be he would become legend and compared to Virat Kohli. Each cricketers some times be downgraded on their carrier just like he and rest is history.

Nowadays Actually Australia don't keep test matches in HOBART but when they keep the conditions are not that favourable to Australia. I have seen both test matches against NZ and South Africa. Australia were defeated in both the test matches. This pitch is quite similar to New Zealand Conditions.
