New smart cities, Sandton, Waterfall, Umhlanga, Balito and other beautiful Real Estates all happened post 1994

All I've noticed is housing location the way apartheid government wanted and post 1994 government hasn't or can't change, bearing in mind locals don't move and didn't since apartheid, they are loyal to their homes and family life. Just interested to understand your perspective

@@richardchaupe7231what you don’t tell us is that the infrastructure during apartheid was only meant to be used by a few,post apartheid the existing infrastructure was gradually expanded and new infrastructure was built to accommodate all of us. The purse was looted and the in coming government inherited apartheid debt.Credit must be given where it’s due,even though the ANC haven’t covered themselves in glory in most cases.I still believe they started well especially during the era of Mandela and Mbheki.
