New smart cities, Sandton, Waterfall, Umhlanga, Balito and other beautiful Real Estates all happened post 1994

All I've noticed is housing location the way apartheid government wanted and post 1994 government hasn't or can't change, bearing in mind locals don't move and didn't since apartheid, they are loyal to their homes and family life. Just interested to understand your perspective
