I, too, was a member of the mormon church and very into new age beliefs. Many Mormon beliefs made me very vulnerable to the new age deception. Two of the biggest things were mormonism really relies on your feelings telling us that is the Holy Spirit. Also, we were told that there were inaccuracies in the Bible, so we didn't study it or trust it. I thank God every day for bringing me to the truth of Christ.

Excellent thanks, only just began watching but really interesting to see an interview with someone that's been in the TS, I'm really familiar with their doctrine, origins, writings etc but this really adds a new element/perspective to see how that organisation looks from the point of view of an ordinary member looking for the truth. I was also saved out of occultism but in my case I'd never joined any sort of society or organised group, wonderful to see this lady saved out of the same kind of darkness - our God is so good. Amazing story! I grew up in the Mormon church and everything she says is true. They teach Jesus is just an older brother to man and an equal to Lucifer, who volunteered to be the savior. They teach Lucifer also volunteered to be the savior of man kind but God the father approved of Jesus’ approach of free-will instead. The Mormon church also teach God the father was once was a man who lived on a different planet, but became a God through exaltation. And then, if we work really hard and do everything right, we can then be exalted into God-hood and create and govern our own planet. Praise Jesus that this woman found her way to the true gospel of Christ.

It’s interesting that she said that the entities were trying to enter her mouth. When you receive the Holy Spirit you’re supposed to breathe it in mouth open. And the same goes for deliverance, breathe the unclean spirits out. So it makes sense that the entities in her sleep paralysis were trying to enter thru her mouth

It is an heretical doctrine of the RC church the claims Mary had never sinned and never sinned after the birth of Christ, she never consummated her marriage, never had other childre...all contrary to what the Word of God says.

We need to stop putting so much power into sleep paralysis. It’s really a lack of understanding sleep cycles. Sleep paralysis is just your mind consciously in REM sleep and then it creates hallucinations because it’s like being awake for a dream. It’s not as spiritual as we make It out to be. I actually try to induce sleep paralysis when I want to lucid dream

@@Scybertine I practice it all the time. There’s nothing spiritual involved. It’s purely consciousness. Literally I was in a dream and realized “why is the hallway in my house going the wrong direction?” And became Lucid. The issue with us religious ppl is that we put too much emphasis on spiritualizing things that can be explained purely through science. If you believe in Jesus and abide in Jesus then what can a demon do to you? That doesn’t mean do drugs and practice yoga and Buddhist Meditation. I’m just saying everything that you don’t understand isn’t a demon. And if you have christs blood covering you then you should fear no evil. The Bible calls us to be sober minded. Apart of being sober minded is being aware of the world around you. Getting to a point of awareness that carries into your dreams is apart of that sobriety. When I was doing drugs I never even had dreams. Just kush comas. Now I can speak to my subconscious through my own mind.
