If you have no interest in MS and very much sure to get mtech then you can go for kgp or hyderabad. Being an old iit kgp has its brand. Also in recent times iit hyderabad is growing rapidly. Anyway other IITs are also great. No need to apply for MS then.

Only institutions which are affiliated to Universities require approval. As Swami Vivekananda University is a Bonafide University established by a State Act, it does not require AICTE approval." বলছি ইউনিভার্সিটি AICTE approval না থাকলে পরবর্তীকালে চাকরি করতে বা GATE exam দিয়ে অন্য কলেজে M.Tech করতে কোনো সমস্যা হবে না তো ?
