They really are! It's fun to see what people enjoy making. I wish I would have asked all the creators the question, "What's the one project that you've always wanted to make but haven't made yet?" It was such an interesting idea to see what their "goal" project is!

@@ThriftDiving it’s a beautiful 90 degree spring day here today. We are still ticking off small interior tasks (currently board and batten on our stairwell, lots of angles and having to drill into solid brick walls). We have also purchased a new business (established, current owners retiring) but we are keeping our current business too, so I will be handling the admin and bookkeeping for both of them, but we have employees to do the physical work for the new venture. Exciting times after a stressful start to our year. Love seeing and hearing you more regularly online my friend.

Awww, thank you so much for watching! I love going to this event each year. I'm glad Chris, one of the owners, reminded me of it. The weather started out questionable, but it ended up being very lovely. :) Such a good time!

What an interesting video. You could start another career as a reporter. I enjoyed hearing how everyone got into making their crafts and how they’re made. What made it most interesting is your enthusiasm for each skill. I was most interested in the first one with her mix of resin and wood. Tyfs!

I was surprised to see a can of Fresca on that woman's table. I don't see that in New England. Her pieces were beautiful as well.

HA! I didn't even notice that. I used to LOVE Fresca when I was a kid! I would go to the liquor store near my house and get Fresca and Doritos. LOL And I agree, her work was amazing!

OMG, so funny you say that, Maria! HA! I would have to agree with you. ;) He's the nicest guy ever. HIs wife, Amy, co-owner, is just as warm and outgoing. They make you feel so loved and welcomed in that store. They're amazing! I'll be sure to pass on your cheeky comment to him. I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it! LOL

Great observation! You're right, there was just that lady! Chris, the owner, did offer me a booth, but I don't have a plethora of woodworking projects to display and sell. Maybe next year! :)

I agree!! I have 2 table saws, but haven't used either of them. I just feel like they're soooo much more dangerous than any other tool, so I like using my Festool track saw for cuts that many would do on a table saw.
