Keep in mind they kept me overnight at the hospital - so a full 24 hours after the surgery. It was then recommended that walking not be ignored as it will be my best form of PT 😊 thank you for watching!

Great to see you up and about. Don’t forget to take stool softeners while you’re taking pain meds. It makes you constipated. You could also take extra strength Tylenol 500 mg every 6 hrs while you’re taking Tramadol 50 mg for pain.
