As an agnostic, and polySTEM genius, I read parts of every major ancient religion as well as modern belief system. For over a year I remained an agnostic but didn't believe in macroevolution. The absurdity of Big Bang to big bangers (humans) became utterly impossible to believe the more science I learned. When someone challenged me to find an error in the Bible, I thought it would be easy. The ONLY book that I have never found an error in, scientific, historical ect is the Bible. The more arrogant I am about my knowledge and intelligence, the more I trust the Bible. I have never met another than God with a wider and deeper knowledge of science than myself. Again, I admit my sinful arrogance, but since Gods Word is far more knowledgeable than me; my arrogance leads me to absolute Faith. In 47 years I have never had a single doubt about the Bible, not one. Even arrogance can be used by God.

How many people have set out to find error in the bible, and found the truth instead! Here's a favorite verse that I repeat to myself when I get to thinking I know quite a bit: 1 Corinthians 8:2 "And if any man think that he knoweth any thing, he knoweth nothing yet as he ought to know." Not that I don't know a lot, but just to remind myself that there is so much more to know by comparison!

Evolution used to intimidate me but now I just laugh. Not at the ones who are still believing it because that's actually pretty sad. I laugh at the absurdity of it all and can't believe I was actually one of them.

My kids are powerful believers because they believe the Bible is true on the face of it and trust what the science really shows, that the biblical account of a recent Creation is true, and thus, we can trust the rest of the Bible. 🎉

No …..what’s sad is that young people listen to Christian apologists biblical fiction on KZbin, instead of going straight to a scientific source, like NASA , MIT science or Smithsonian Institute. . For example NASA is the most reputable organisation in the world. The NASA definition for life on Earth is …… . Life is a self sustaining chemical system capable of Darwinian Evolution. . This is NASA !!! The people responsible for man on the moon, Hubble and James Webb telescopes , the people who only employ the worlds best astronomers, astrophysicists, biochemists, biologists, chemists. . So ask yourself an honest question for once, who is most likely correct ? . NASA …. or Bronze Age credulous superstitious writing , written by people who didn’t know where the sun went at night. Followed up by insanely dishonest bias social media Christians. ? . Gee , I wonder who’s correct ? 🤔

I've loved and admired the work of ICR since 1983. ICR was the first to give me such a strong Creation foundation. I often get comments from "flat-earthers" on my youtube channel. Being not as articulate as you all, can you please break down these verses used by flat-earthers to back their claims? Thanks. Psalm 93.1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved. Psalm 104.5 He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved.

This world has a history that people know nothing about , and the knowledge has been lost in time, but it's all still on display right now - I'll discuss some examples- except it's 6 am here and I've got a big busy day ahead- Satrurday here. “Do you believe that you were created or evolved?” Both. God gave the command and the earth brought forth. The YEC “creation guys” are confusing abiogenesis and evolution.

Trying to separate abiogenesis from evolution is like trying to remove the foundation of the building. Don't bother with random mutation and natural selection unless you can demonstrate how non-living chemicals become alive.

@@Hydroverse: No it's not. Evolution has nothing to do with the origin of life. Did you read Gen 1:24-25 where it literally states, "Let the earth bring forth... God made..." They didn't just appear out of thin air instantaneously. God used an evolutionary process (much more than just random mutation and natural selection) that the Holy Spirit intimately presided over (Gen 1:2).

@@Hydroverse: I'm not skipping over anything just acknowledging the difference in terms like all scientifically literate people should. There is no indication in Gen 1:24-25 that forces us to conclude God created instantaneously. If he did, Moses could've inserted the Hebrew 'ôṯ ("sign" or "miracle") and/or reḡa ("a very short space of time").
