Today it is the 25th of April, in New Zealand and Australia it is ANZAC day, a day of remembrance for those we lost in war. LEST WE FORGET. I pray that the war in the middle east ends soon and you stay safe. On another note I love the craftwork, in english we call them tassles and we add then to all sorts of things from decorations to shawls and blankets. I do a lot of craftwork as I am virtually housebound, cant drive anymore, back was badly injured in the 2011 earthquakes so i cant walk very far without extreme pain so i like to keep busy and crocheting and knitting and weaving keeps me occupied. I would love to see other craftwork Ajav has done and please if she needs any crochet hooks or knitting needles let me know - I asked some Iranian friends who live here in New Zealand about sending parcels and yes we can send parcels to Iran. They send parcels to their family and friends from here

When I saw how Mother churned the heavy milk cream, I must say I was impressed. I was expecting either a butter churn like here in the west, or putting it in a gallon jug and the whole family taking turns to shake the milk cream. Her way was fascinating and looked like it would produce a large amount of butter. FANTASTIC!!! We don't use yogurt in the butter making process here. It goes from the heavy cream part of the milk you get from milking a cow, to churning, to whip cream to churning to butter and buttermilk when it separates. I am guessing, you don't get the heavy cream from goats like you do from cows, making the goat yogurt necessary.
