Neeraj Sir, I am also a qualified chartered accountant. Qualified in Nov 2015. VG sir is also our god. Now after 4 years of my post qualification , started my own practice May 1, 2020 I can relate the points mentioned by Deepak Sir Though i always wanted to start my practice from day 1 but that was not possible considering the situation. But now finally i started working as a Consultant. What All i can say is its the Strong determination which helped me a lot in achieving my dream. The most important thing the experience which i got in these 4 years of Job : consultancy & MNC's ( Delhi, Gurgaon & Mumbai) helped me in many terms. In fact when i was in my 4th yr of job, i started posting Taxation videos also on KZbin. One thing which was and which is in my mind is"Nothing is impossible " provided you are loyal to your family, work & society. And Neeraj sir is best ex of this.
