Wow, a full performance right from the days when Andrew Bird was changing my life. Armchair Apocrypha is one of the most important albums to me and I'll always cherish the memories of this time.

My first AB concert was for armchair apocrypha, I can relate. Still love him totally, finest work yet concert was a magical life event. Feel lucky to be alive in same time as him.

it took me 2 seconds from the begining of Plasticities to get back to the feeling of being listening this record in repeat 10 years ago. Andrew Bird is a complete genius, and working with Dosh in this record they really did an excellent duo. Go and listen Dosh records if you like this moment of Andrew Bird.
@russellwhall4 жыл бұрын
Yes 100% agree. This is Andrew at his best, but having Martin Dosh there too would have been icing on the cake.

I explicitly remember watching the older, low quality clips from this show on KZbin in middle school and being absolutely enthralled by Andrew Bird’s music. Now I’m in grad school and how things have changed. It’s hard not to wonder what my past self would think of me now when watching this

Hello From The Basement, I deeply appreciate that you are releasing these sets for free, and I'm glad to watch adds so you can get revenue from it. But please reconsider where these adds are placed, because sometimes they interrupt the song which is not so pleasurable. Thanks to whoever's uploading this!
@tylerdurden50144 жыл бұрын
hello fellow human, i suggest that you consider getting ad block. it is free and removes ALL ads
@eskervandewerken94314 жыл бұрын
@@tylerdurden5014 Greetings Tyler Durden. As said in my first comment, "I'm glad to watch adds so you can get revenue from it" indicates that I am voluntarily watching adds on this channel so it can get the money I think it deserves because I love these sessions so much. I have addblock and switch it off whenever I watch these video's because they don't get revenue if I don't watch the adds. And that's why I'd like them to be placed somewhere else, so at least the songs itself are uninterrupted.

Love him ❤ His ability to loop his music to create such incredible sounds amazes me. So unique. I think he must hear & see music constantly. I'm so happy I live in the same time as this genius. :) I have been able to see him live twice & would love to see him again.

I needed this today, thank you. It's Friday the 13th, a special date for my husband, The Bunny. I'm in purgatory at a group home for the disabled until I can get my van and travel again. My thought-crime: singing, dancing, and praying like an artist in public. A padded wagon (ambulance) took me in, but I'm an optimistic type, so I'm using the time to work on a graphic novel. I have NO reservations; this sojourn is introducing me to family of a different type. Good spirits often feel deep to teach how we all survive loss, recover from hard truths, and naturally,, unite hearts. Thanks for this past-future-very-present performance, Mr. BIRD..... 🐦 🕊️ 🕊️ 🐦 ❤😊😊❤

I remember when I first discovered Andrew Bird when my cousin sent me snipets of this set. It was magical to me, I was falling in love with my current gf and the world seemed so big and full of possilities. Now I don't seem to get excited about much anymore.

Saw Mr. Bird in concert back in 2006 and was just floored by his live performance. I had tickets to go to one of the shows scheduled in 2020, but Covid struck and delayed the concert indefinitely so I ended up requesting a refund. Would love to see him in concert one more time, but not much could compare to just him and Dosh on stage.

Thankyou Mr. Bird...I listen to you all the time...so glad this popped up. I wish it had 6 months ago...but perhaps it came across with good timing...I'm not sure why I lived through the past I had just to be trapped at home..but I'm trying. You melt my heart tonight like the first time I heard you sing. Thankyou.
