Front Brake Pads, Rotors, and Calipers Replacement Toyota Sienna 2013-2018 🔧Step by Step🔧

Hi guys and welcome to my channel. In this video, you´ll see how to change the Toyota Sienna 3.5L V6 front Brake Pads, Rotors, and Calipers (procedure applies to sienna 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018). At the beginning, I didn´t meant to change the calipers, but due to extreme rusted conditions, I was forced to do it. The brakes ended up entirely new though, smooth, and powerful.
You´ll also watch how to purge the brake fluid system. This procedure must be performed any time that the brake fluid line is disconnected from the caliper or from any other place to get rid of air that can get into the brake line.

Great vid. Question.... Is the engine running when you pump the brakes to bleed the air from the brake fluid?

@@albertalbert7644 Hi. Good question. Yeah it is better to do it when the engine is running. You can do it also with your car turned off but is smoothly when it is on.

Thanks. I just also watched short by Sloth King Garage, and in the comments said to do it with the car off to avoid ABS pump from activating.

@@albertalbert7644No, ABS will just activate if the wheels are spinning, is the only way the sensor can detect a difference in the wheels rotation and then activate the ABS System if braking. When the car is still abs will not be activated.
