Braden Burns Yes when you get the bumper off you will be able to easily get the headlights removed to change the bulbs.

You don't need to remove the bumper to replace regular headlights or brights. You just reach in and twist of the cap behind the headlight, remove cable, replace bulb, reattach cable, and put back the cap.

You sound pretty knowledgeable so I have a question. I have a 2009 Kia Rio. The hoo release cable is broke in a bad way. Due to freezing temps my battery needs a charge but I can’t get my hood open. I know I need a new cable but in the mean time I need to get my hood open so I can get my car started. Can you give me some advice? Is there a way I can pop the front grill off to get to the latch?

Go under the front bumper jack the car up an look under there for the release cable an pull it you may have to flod the lip of the bumper diwn to loon up in there but u should see it

There’s screws holding both grills (top and bottom) and screws holding on to each fog light/fog light cover.
