I love that everyone else suffers from the "might as well" attitude I have when building a jeep. If you're going to notch the wheel well you might as well do a one ton swap and run 40's 😂 love this content!!

There’s two videos about a year or so back on this channel where I started that rear tire carrier build. Never finished it or the videos. I can certainly talk about it in an upcoming video although I’m probably going to be removing it here shortly to go another route.

I don't think a snorkel will work with these flares. Not without some "modifications" Does look great.

I’ve seen one done with these flares, the snorkel was heavily modified to get it to work. I don’t think I’ll be going to snorkel route anymore. Currently looking in the “cowl” induction intake. A few company’s make them. Might be my only option because of my coilover towers/crossbrace now.

Man I love those fenders, I would love them but I think I would rip them off. I already have cut fenders and they would look pretty good.

Bashing them up on the trail is my fear as well but after watching notch customs torture test video I was sold… obv these have a better chance of breaking compared to a steel fender flare/armor but that’s the chance I’ll take. Love the look of these.

Hey man, can you measure how wide the Notch flares come off the fender? I'm considering getting a set to run some factory JK wheels and tires on my stock XJ while i build up the rest of it, but can't find anything online about how wide they actually are

Sorry for the late reply, just got around to measuring for you, front measure 4.75” off the fender and the rear at 3.75. Hope that helps!
