On the 2011 ES 350 it's about the same except you have remove the speaker to gain access to the front window channel bolt.

I followed your video and was able to replace the front passenger window for my lexus 2016 is200t, but whenever it reach the top window limit it gets lower down couple inches automatically. Do you know what is causing that ?
