Front Leg Passive Range of Motion Exercises to Do After TPLO Dog Surgery

My cat is recovering from surgery for complete lateral luxation of her right elbow, a dislocated right elbow. Would her passive range of motion exercises be exactly the same as those for a dog? Any other suggestions for her physical therapy? We are not sure if she will be able to walk on this leg again.
