I'm 17y old and love Front Mission since my childhood. My father introduced the game for me in a SNES emulator. The battles in Freedom City became my favorite part of the game, and this music give me uncontable chills. Listening this song, now remastered, even if I don't have played the game in a Switch, make me happy.

Your dad is a real MVP for introducing you this classic and thank God it's the original SNES that you played first. I think the remake is inferior to the preceding versions because it looks like a cheap mobile game and the wanzers moves wonkily like Cocomelon characters. Apparently, making it 3d doesn't automatically make it better. But that's my opinion only and I hope it doesn't discourage you from playing it in the future and strongly suggest you to try the remake and see what you have to say about it for yourself. And the later versions after the SNES (PS1 and NDS) also had an extra campaign (USN) so you should really give it a go.

@@jazztheartist Thank God I was not the only one who thought Front Mission 1st Remake was damn ugly for a remake of a very charming game. Even Left Alive, a damn ugly FM game had better wanzer animations. I think it was better if Square Enix didn't outsource the game and made it themselves like Live A Live Remake

This music makes me feel nostalgic for the past when I didn't have the burdens of life to carry like now, and this music is also suitable to listen to when I'm contemplating at night
