Lots of advice today. Bear with me as I add mine. I would split a contractor bag in two to line the boxes and poke smaller drainage holes. The boxes will last longer and without overwatering, will hold moisture longer. Love your front porch and yard!

Your front porch is so pretty! I love the trellis planters. I think it would look better if you had them turned the other way so the trellis is facing out. The trellis might get more sun that way to help the trellis plants grow? Just a suggestion!

Maybe just use a zip tie to hold trellis together? We use large zip tie for stuff like that all the time.

Those planters are lovely but they should face inwards so you can care for the plants easier. Clematis is a good idea with maybe a later flowering one mixed in so you get flowers from spring until autumn. Your porch looks lovely now

Zip tie the trellises for easy movement in case of a storm. Just cut and move individual planters easily and fast.

Such a quick and fun project. The planters looked very nice when you installed them on the side of the porch. I can imagine them full of sweet peas or other delicate climbing plants. Nice to see Scott having fun with his new mini drone.

Your neighborhood is so beautiful! I love that you have so much fun with your front porch. I like Beth Stratton's idea about the sweet peas. Morning glory can be invasive. This video reminds me that even though I don't have a front porch, I have a deck and it is time to get going on it with some pansies!

I would suggest clemetis -- low maintenance and will come back year after year.

A suggestion: to make the planters last longer, and for easier clean up, you could either line them with a plastic bag , of course put holes in the bottom or find maybe a trio of three pots that will sit in planters. Just a thought.

Honey suckle or climbing roses or Clematis will be a perennial you can protect roots easily with mulch and old towels or burlap or paper I lived in MI thats why I am saying. TFS love your channel and your content. From experience if those columns are not weight bearing no problem patching but if it is you may need to look at it carefully check to make sure it is not rotting. Just caution.

Only if displayed on the same pole/column. When side by side the us flag needs to be on the left and the flags have to be the same size. The other flag cannot be bigger.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU SWEPT THE RUBBISH ON THE PORCH OFF THE SIDE AND NEVER PICKED IT UP WITH A DUST PAN. USE CABLE TIES TO JOIN THEM TOGETHER PLUS I WOULD NOT HAVE PUT THE WHEELS ON THEM
