i also question glue to styro strength....seems you'd want to glue to the outer panel , or finish the styro edges for better grip. and /or add L aluminum around the corners , not as pretty , but not much holding it together ...Styrofoam degrades , and the mess once the clue gives out wd be irreparable

Is this product suitable for eps with a polystyrene core ? I was interested in purchasing some, but couldn’t find anything about it being resistant to water

Hi! We glue the rebate of the wall and roof and connect them. Then we run a bead of glue along the join to seal it. Much like you would in a bathroom or kitchen around the tile.

So am I to understand that there is no inner metal ribs or cage for dimensional stability? How long before water impregnates then how much t replace a panel? What is the "R" Value of the walls?

Hi Leonardo, 1- It is rebated on our CNC machine. 2- We receive the fibreglass with the gelcoat already applied. We simply bond it using a sandwich panel method. You should be able to find many videos already on this. do you use a press? We use a vacuum table. can it be done even without a press? Maybe, but it's not the application we use, so can not really comment. what glue do you use? Teroson adhesive can you roller glue?
