As you age how can gym complement yoga in maintaining muscle & strength?...what kind of strength training do you recommend?...lower body strength routines ...I do yoga & gym both....but as u age gym complements yoga for muscle strength & bone density ....your suggestions plz....the flexibility u & your students hv is commendable

I m beginner I face much difficulty when I perform any knee related asana, one more thing that's a I can't split my legs open full, it's in V shape open I tried but I can't open much or even I can't go straight while legs opened Can you please guide how to do it especially students like me
