Hi, great video, thanks. I don't understand what is the exact action/gesture taking place when coach saying "dig" and "finish"
@MrFern1236 жыл бұрын
it is a collapse move.. dig first, then finish the move

so we just gotta dig it somewhere on our court so we're gonna walk through some um defensive progressions here to learn how bu yüzden bunu sahamızda bir yere kazmalıyız, bu yüzden nasıl yapılacağını öğrenmek için burada bazı savunma ilerlemelerini gözden geçireceğiz.

Are you supposed to end with your knees slamming into the ground?

so when we think of defense our goal is to one get the ball up two dig it somewhere on our court where its settable we ve got six people that can set the ball so if one digs there's five others that can setso we just gotta dig it somewhere on our court

bu yüzden savunmayı düşündüğümüzde amacımız bir topu yukarı kaldırmak, ikisi de sahamızda ayarlanabilecek bir yere kazmak. sahamızda bir yerde

how to do that we need to focus coaches however we train is how we're going to compete and if we train bad technique we get worse anf if we train good technique we get better smetimes think well'im doingplayers bunu nasıl yapacağımız antrenörlere odaklanmamız gerekiyor nasıl antrenman yaparsak yapalım rekabet edeceğiz ve eğer kötü teknik çalıştırırsak daha da kötüleşiriz ve eğer iyi teknik çalıştırırsak daha iyi oluruz bazen iyi olduğumu düşünürüz oyuncular

Good and acceptable. I think the players in this video did not succeed in performing the desired techniques well. It means this type of training may never lead to perfect receiving skills.

bu topu ayarlayabilir, böylece biri kazırsa, ayarlayabilecek beş kişi daha olur, bu yüzden sahamızda bir yere kazmalıyız

The idea is good at start of your video but you NEVER want to do drills that might injure players, and the knees going in front of your feet is one of the worst thing u can do to destroy players knees. Please coaches learn some physical isometrics basics before trying something...

Nothing here placed excessive strain on the knees. It's a myth that the knees can't go in front of the feet. Any proper sweat will place the knees several inches out past the feet, as this is key to avoid excess strain on the back and posterior. It's actually worse for the knees to try to do a squat while keeping the knees above the toes, as this places excess strain and puts the body in an unnatural position. An ideal squat is a bend that distributes that body's weight equally to the front and back, and this requires the knees to extend a few inches past the feet. An example of going way too far would be the so-called sissy squat, but nothing in this video even comes close to that.

Players will be injured if they do not know how to hit the ground properly. These are all common and vetted techniques. If you have a better video please share with us.
