I always felt like Brad K would have fit into 1980s NASCAR very well. And to be clear, that's a compliment.

So many truly miss just how talented across the board Mr.Brad K has always been in looking at how the current situation is playing out and how to plan ahead making his dream come to fruition!

I have no idea when Brad changed, but he went from a worse version of 2008 Kyle Busch, to one of the most respectful and mature drivers in the series. I'm a huge Carl Edwards fan, so Bad Brad has been my most hated driver for a long time, but over the last couple years I've really grown to like the guy.

Brad had the (mis)fortune of being a very aggressive driver at a time when the fields general aggression level was high. Ross has had many of the same problems. The more aggressive the general level of the field is, the more chaotic the more aggressive drivers seem, because they're now trying to out aggressive the field. Carl was honestly the same way, and that led to them having way more run ins than normal. His personality is still very much the same, he just isnt as aggressive at most tracks anymore, and has to represent his team so he's less crude, and a bit more cheeky about how he handles things.

I feel like with him adding Preece to RFK, and also getting his old crew chief back, that Brad has a very good chance to win the Daytona 500 next year. Not to mention that Gene Haas is talking about a "Fourth RFK Car".
