character idea 6/7 idk yuga aoyama class: support hp: 350 gp:300 movement speed=all mights, jump height= midroyia gimmick=all of his quirk are meter based like kaminari beta, use up all meter and get a stomach ache and lose you quirk abilities for 6 secs at lvl 1 and 3 secs at 9 alpha: naval beam, tap to launch a smoll bullet, hold to launch BEEEG laser, uses meter, lvl 1= 100 damage full charge ( full charge uses 25% meter) lvl 9 140 full charge. Takes around 2 seconds to launch a full charge (each quirk skill has its own meter ) beta: disco ball: spin around and shoot tiny lasers from around your body any opponent caught gets hit stun, uses meter. does 10 damage per laser at 1 and 20 damage at 9, unlike urarakas, its has shorter range, covers his whole body and opponents don't get knocked out of it, gamma:, naval boost, turn around at fires a constant beam pushing him wherever you're aiming, the thing is aiming up or in an upwards direction uses more meter, lasts around 7 secs at 1 and 10 at 9, has a hit box, special action: healing beacon, lies on his back and shoots a beam upwards healing everyone around him like a health ability card, the problem is that everyone can see you unless you're in a building of if there is a ceiling above you, heals himself but slower, heals 20hp per second on allies and 15 on himself, also uses meter and the laser has a hit box. this move is mainly inspired by the provisional license exam part one aoyama should be used as long range character mainly, using his beta if opponents come close and gamma as mobility

hero killer stain idea: hp=280 gp=250 run speed= froppys jump height =all mights ( but falls faster ) gimmick= any melee based attack will take the opponents blood, build enough blood to stun them alpha = knife snipe: throws 2 daggers in a fan shape, slowest fire rate in the game, longest range and does 50 dmg (per knife) at lvl 1 and 65 at level 9 ( its not affected by gravity ) beta= does a powerful leap forward and slashes outwards with both of his swords, ammo=2, deals 70 at level 1, at level 9 gains 3 and damage increase to 95. builds blood gamma= assassination, ammo=2 gains a movement speed buff for 5 seconds if you bump into anyone, you grab them, turn around and slash their neck, level 1 does 50 hp damage (attacks hp directly) and at 9 does 75. builds blood special action= if you've collected enough blood, you lick your sword which stuns your opponent for 5 seconds, they regain control after taking 100 damage from projectiles or a single melee hit. store up to 2. once they die you lose the blood, costumes: villain costume is one star, jail outfit is a two star and villain costume white jacket version is 3 star.( search online if you don't know what the white jacket one is the one emote i want is his intimidation
