Buy 4S Frost Legendary Memory(3s if you can afford it), Buy Friend Nemesis Chest, and a T0/T1 CDR Staff. Swap to using Isomorphic Arms at this point.

Buy all of your +1 cold Gear / +2/+4 Candles and +1 Cold/Passive/Spell/Minion Slates
Buy Exquisite Box (Empower is BIS, but if you can't afford get a cheap one)
Upgrade Staff and gear to T0 mods.
Once you get your T0 CDR staff and Exquisite Box etc. you can swap to the
Steel Vanguard Tree seen in the video above or in the video here.

Iris is pretty expensive at first, but gemma2 is a good cheap starter or savage charge rehan.

I think it will require that legendary item in order to get Spell Burst for your minions. It will depend on what item slot that item takes in order to use it. But it will be something I will test.

Yup you start on 4S memory, then swap to 3s.

The only thing you are really caring to self find on this is the memories / relics that are included in the gemma1/2 filter. So use that one provided in the spreadsheet. If not, pop into stream like 2-3hours into it and I will have an updated filter with the new added mods as well that I couldn't add already.
