1950's Kellogg's Frosted Flakes cereal commercial tells a story about an accident-prone and meek yet plucky and fun loving red bandana wearing large Bengal tiger named Tony the Tiger who speaks with an American accent plus a baritone and finds himself getting determined to get himself his own strength in order to face his primal desire to try and give himself a box of Kellogg's Frosted Flakes cereal that had some crispy and sparkled golden flakes of corn which gives him an energy to make himself a steady winner.

Tony’s “THEY’REEEE GREEEAAAT!” sounded a lot cooler back then with the roar effect

Is Dallas Mckennon voicing Tony, before Thurl Ravenscroft took over, in these commercials?
When Kellogg's Frosted Flakes premiered in 1952, the cereal had both Tony the Tiger and Katy the Kangaroo on the box. It turned out that Tony was more popular, so Katy was retired after only a year.

Was Katie (or Katy) the Kangaroo the very first Frosted Flakes mascot or was it just for the British market? By the way, 2022 marks the 70th anniversary of this cereal

Well, there was a Tony Jr. Stand-in named Tom, and he was around during the 80s for British ADs, for an “Adventures of Tony the Tiger” AD Campaign, which also includes two other new characters; Achoo Rabbit and TigerMan.
