Random advice: Laser pointers make line of sight easy to determine. Put the business end by the sighting figure's head, point it at the targeted figure, and see if you can get a dot on the target. This may or may not be required, depending on the terrain arrangement you use, but it's quick and pretty unambiguous.

Is there army books for each faction like in warhammer? And the rulebooks? So u guess. I'm asking what stuff as a beginner would you need to play starting out.
@WatchItPlayed3 жыл бұрын
Most of it is found in the core book. There is actually a new edition of this (although this video will still give you a good idea of the core mechanics). I'd recommend that a new player start with the core rule book, and then from there, you'll be able to determine what kind of warband you want to build (and then you can acquire the necessary minis)
@grayalun3 жыл бұрын
@@WatchItPlayed Cool thanks for the info, they do some starter packs with minis so wasn't sure what the best option was but will get the book and go from there. It looks a bit like mordheim with treasure replacing warpstone and a frosty environment, love the look of the model range.

@@grayalun i got the rulebook and some officail wizards and soldiers but there are videos of people using lego. Even cardboard cutouts. So really you just need rules dice and imagination 😁

If a wizard has a fight +2 and adds a dagger so it gets +3/+2, do you use the +3 or +2 when defending against ranged attacks?
@WatchItPlayed5 жыл бұрын
The dagger, if I'm remembering correctly, doesn't change the fight stat, but give the character a -1 Damage modifier. Page 25 in my rule book. Perhaps I'm missing something though?
