Hey everyone! Thank you for stopping by! I'm happy to see that many of you have enjoyed Onslaught, and I can't wait for you to see my future projects! All feedback is extremely welcome here. I've noticed several [valid] criticisms already, and I'm certainly going to use them to improve, so thank you for this as well! Edit: Its a bit weird revisiting this comment section so late, but with the next installment of this series underway I feel I should clarify the story for everyone interested, seeing as it was quite a bit confusing. The Red and Blue kingdoms are enjoying a time of peace and prosperity, but one man seeks to undermine it all for reasons unknown. Sir Charles Merlyn, a General in the Blue Military, secretly takes measures that increase his standing among the people and paint the Reds as villains to seize power under the guise of heroism and the delivery of justice. With knowledge of an incoming Viking attack on Grad, Sir Charles has the gates of the garrison's keep sabotaged. This prevents the local defense from stopping the Vikings, allowing Sir Charles to arrive soon after and be hailed as a savior. He is also sure to use men from the Red kingdom so that they die in the place of his own Blue soldiers. In light of this event, Sir Charles now has the support of the people. Meanwhile, a caravan of Blue civilians is passing through an area marked for ambush. 'Red' assassins attack and murder the civilians, with one assassin's body purposefully left behind as evidence - the symbol of Red royalty visible on his cloak. This crime was organized by Sir Charles Merlyn, intent on framing the Red kingdom for an act that would seem perpetrated by the Red king himself. When the Blue patrol stumbles across the scene, they make haste to inform their superiors. Word will spread, and Sir Charles now has the support of the soldiers. A feast to celebrate Sir Charles' victory against the Vikings is underway. With the Blue and Red kings present, Sir Charles now has all pieces aligned to execute his grand plan. He organizes a meeting with the Blue King to show him the 'Royal Red crime' against the Blue civilian caravan. The King, however, refuses to believe the act, and so Sir Charles diverts to plan B: Murder the Blue King, frame the Red King for doing so, and wage war against the Red Kingdom. And thus, Sir Charles Merlyn erupts a bloodshed all while looked upon as a hero by his people, avenging the unprovoked atrocities led against them by the Red Nobility. Hope this served well for those who were interested but a bit lost!

@@Moshiko926 I agree, some sort of voice over or dialogue would make this a lot easier to understand. Your earlier videos worked in this style because they had pretty simple plots and were easy to follow with minimal explanation. This one has political intrigue and while some of the ideas were easy to figure out, a lot of it wasn't. The quality of these videos are great and your directing is spot-on, that aside :)

@@sainnth777 Hm. To be honest, I recorded some slow-motion clips but, at least to me, they felt a bit too contrived, unnecessary and detrimental to the overall pace. The final duel was shown in its entirety with no time-manipulation, and this was a deliberate choice as I felt that the authenticity would be superior to an overly-edited sequence. Yet, I definitely see where you're coming from and I've already imagined some nice slow-motion shots, so you'll more than likely be seeing those in the future :D

YOu clearly have demonstrated yourself that you have a vision of a director. Hi everyone, I want to say that this story is amazing, and so is the shooting itself. I want to apologize in advance if there will be grammar mistakes since English is not my main language. I would like to tell what I understood and also maybe about the Easter eggs that I noticed. So let's start this: 1. The battle scene at the beginning was from the view of the settler who at the end gave the dagger to one of the robbers (with a Two-handed ax). He gave it to him in gratitude as he did not kill him in the house. And since he did not kill him (let's call him 2-AXE), he did not obey the leader of the robbers (with a naked torso) because of which they had a conflict. 2. The dagger itself can have many meanings. For example a sign of leadership among bandits, or an oath (because we do not yet know the history of that group of bandits who attacked the village, maybe they were hired by the prince of free guards). 3. The connection between Iron company and a group of bandits Why the bandits from prison supported the heir of the Iron Company? I doubt that they did this only for the sake of the land that they received at the end, and it is unlikely that one of them would sacrifice himself for this. It means there is something more behind their relationship. P. S. We can conclude that there are 2 factions that coexist in peace. We can only guess who the leaders of these factions are (blood brothers or brothers in arms) or maybe there was a third one (My bet is on the guy with naked torso). By the way (Link to the “Brother” video) we still don’t know what happened to the Two-handed ax, it wasn’t shown whether he died or was able to kill the recruiter or maybe his brother in arms came to his aid with which they laid down their weapons in the pit. I hope my observations and fantasies were not spoilers or too primitive. Something like a middle ground. Share in the comments about your guesses and observations. Thank you for your attention.
