I work at Disney's Magic Kingdom, I'm a bakery girl on main street but I share a locker room with the princesses when they're getting ready. I'm not tall enough to be a princess. But I know they choose them based on the proportions of their facial features. The face auditions consist of hundreds of girls going into a room one group at a time and being stared at and having their pictures taken.

Hmmmm, she's one of the better ones I have seen, but I must say overall I am not too impressed with the actresses that do Elsa. The ones doing Anna are much better. BTW, since you work for the park I am curious, do you know who it was that did Maleficent (Jolie style) during the 24 hour Memorial Day Marathon. THAT woman was fantastic!

180 min. wait time! I waited less time at Norway's Prinsesse Plass about a month ago. Hopefully things will calm down with the Fast Pass+ combined with a place that was designed for princess greeting.

I was lucky enough to meet them while they were in Epcot before they moved. It was a three hour wait, but DAMN it was worth it and the girls playing Elsa and Anna that day actually were very cute and they both looked like their roles. I know for a fact it was not these girls in the video.

Yes that Elsa wasn't the best. I went to Disney World last month and both Anna and Elsa were much prettier and looked just like the girls in the movie! They were both so funny and nice! I had to wait in a 4 hour line to meet them along with Aurora. Princess A was also better than the one in this video! I wish I could share pics so you can see that the ones I met were spot on!

I would advise you to get a fast pass as soon as possible for it. The line is always very long and the fast passes go very quick.

If you didn't know, they have TONS of face characters playing multiple characters a day. You might see a Cinderella one day, and the next week, the same girl might be playing Snow White or Pinocchio. You never know :)

To Everyone who's criticizing these beautiful ladies for not looking like their character: the casting is done by acting and persona, looks come second. If someone has that Snow White vibe, they're castes as SW. Simple as that. Besides, everyone's perception of animated characters in real life will be different.

When I went with my sister (yes we were both quite old, but young hearts both obsessed with frozen haha!) although we had fast-passes and walked right through, it was a little disappointing with Elsa's character recreation. She was awkward, not really sticking to character, and I've seen better replicas of Elsa's dress online, I expected more from Disney (with the billions they have, seriously people even the kids dresses were better). Other than that Anna was fabulously on point with character, very hyper and purposely awkward (like she should be) and had all the right things to say (like 'snowfie' instead of 'selfie') and the cast member who led us into the room did the famous "do you want to build a snowman" knock before opening the doors for us. We did not meet Aurora she was a separate line and did not get pictures with the sisters together, only separate. Oh well, depends on the day and luck of the draw I guess!

The girl playing Elsa reminds me too much of Anne Hathaway which is sooo not what I would imagine Elsa to look like! But Anna is great! No offense to the woman playing Aurora, but she looks like she's in her late 30s and Aurora is supposed to be 16 so it just looks super awkward. I feel like they can never get Aurora right - she always has a tacky/cheap looking dress or way to much make-up or just doesn't resemble her in the slightest.

I guess the casting at Walt disney world is nearly as good as the one at disneyland here in California. I've been going since I was a child and the place is flawless. Walt disney world is too big to pay enough attention to detail. Elsa and anna were ok, though great with the children and act flawlessly (as any disney employee should) but aurora was just horrible! Her Makeup job was disgusting, the dress situation shouldn't have been a problem because well! They have several like it! She looked nothing like she should have. And her acting wasn't very good either, but I won't get into that. Disneyland will rain supreme for it's the original and will always be the best.
