This method allows you to pre prep and store bolani for 2-3 months and every time you spontaneously want to prepare it, it will only take you a few minutes. its perfect for when you have spontaneously guests or just don't have much time to cook. And it tastes even better than freshly made bolanis.

+ plain flour : 500g
+ lukewarm water : 300ml
+ salt :1 teaspoon
+ spinach: 500g
+ leek: 300g
+ oil: 3 tablespoon
+ chilies (optional)
+ garlic 4 cloves
+ salt: 1 and half teaspoon
+ black pepper/ coriander seeds/ chili masala
