I think iv said this before but I love your videos, your very detailed on how you explain everything which is exactly what I need. Lol. I have a question, My niece wants me to make cake pops for her baby shower. Keep in mind I’ve never made cake pops. 🫣. The baby shower is on a Sunday, I’m going to make them Saturday, where can I store them because from what I gather they should not be in the refrigerator because they can get cold and the chocolate can crack! I had a recipe for a “ cake pops “ that I just did for Easter. It was crushed Oreos, crushed freeze, dried strawberries, and a block of room temp cream cheese, mix and roll into balls, dip in chocolate and leave out to set. The problem was after a short time the chocolate on some of the pops cracked and I noticed at the bottom of the pop there was a little bit of liquid that saved out onto the parchment paper when I was resting them. I figured the liquid came from the moisture of the cream cheese, but why did the chocolate crack? Maybe with that recipe I should have stored them I. The fridge?? So I’m so nervous now to make cake pops for her baby shower. I’m sorry for the long question and explanation, but I’m just worried! Thank you so much for your awesome videos ❤

Hey Venus ! I frequently go to the Chocolate Duck in Farmingdale and Grandma's Candy Kitchen in Wantagh , they are both located on Long Island and are my favorite 🤗 if you want an option closer to NYC there is also a store called Kerekes in Brooklyn that has a selection of supplies, however I don't think they sell chocolate 💕
