I have a pre lci f30 xenon 2013 and fitted with the lci full led oem headlight and it is not working with left drl not turning on right drl turning on 4 way indicator working but left right indicator not working plus no upper beam and low beam. The drl is off only turns on when the headlight switch is completely on but does not throw low beam. I am very confused what could make it work or do i need to code it with bimmercode for all of the lights to work along the headlight switch

Not without risking damage to the bumper and paint. Honestly it's faster with it out because of all the extra working space

Sorry the shipping shortage is causing a huge delay and backlog. These units and all the alternative manufacturers I've talked to, quoted me at 2022 ETAs. I think I paid around 600, but considering the economy I wouldn't be surprised if it goes up.

It's a pain. You have to oen up the headlight unit by removing the clear plastic from the housing. I think Vehicular DIY has a video on it

Question for you ..... I have heard that running LEDs in a projector headlights do not give the best light output but a good HID kit will ? have you tried a good HID kit ?

No. The 2 options would be run an aftermarket HID and you would have to drill into the housing and navigate where to place the ballast. Option 2 would be to retrofit a OEM HID system and that is pretty intensive and requires some coding. I can honestly say that I have HIDs in my 2 series and compared to these its close enough and does the job well.

Yes. That's true yet both suck in projector. A standard housing is best for led and hid... and overall hid is better than led yet it has a high defective rate. Confused yet? 😕 🤣 it is

Are these the DEPO lights? I've been looking for those but they seem to be sold out most places, and the ones you link to are also sold out. I also see everywhere that they say that the DEPO lights are not compatible with HID bulbs, but I've also found on forums that people do use them with HID conversion kits. Is it just that they're not "supposed" to be used with HID so the websites say don't do it to cover their tracks? I've got a 2013 F30 and desperately need to upgrade the headlights and would love to put some new ones on there with an HID kit.

Yea same,I got a gap on my right top bumper its look like my headlights are facing down too much. But watch @4:21 how to adjust those 2 bottom bolts/nuts thats how to align the headlights up/down forwards/backwards

You would need to remove the plastic lense and reglue it. It's a very time consuming process, but if you wish to do it make sure to have aa heat gun.
