Thanks for your channel Very useful. I have a list of enquirers though. I ll list in a separate comment in case you may make videos in future to cover them. For this video, what is meant by flashing, is it updating the Rx. I am coming from Spektrum and new to FRsky. I have this TD r10, I didn’t flash it, is it a must? Thanks

@user-rx8qq8sk9ydv1ce5ib yes flashing means updating the firmware. Whether you MUST update really depends on the RF Module firmware of the radio. The RF Module firmware of the radio and the firmware of the Receiver must have compatible versions. Sometimes they will update the telemetry algorithm of the system and if you update either the RF Module or the Receiver then you must update the other one accordingly. I'll try to make a video about this and demonstrate why this is important.

Is there a way to make the radio read the text in sequence?. Currently if I move a 3 position switch from 1 to 3 it will read only the speech for the middle position but not the third position, unless I wait till it finishes speaking in position 2 then I move the switch to the third position to hear the call out, which might be not possible while flying for example when switching to landing flaps. This only happens with “text to read” option.

Another query, The throttle reverse is always on. Even after using the mixer to reverse the signal of the channel , there is no response. I had to play with the pwm center in the outputs page and reduced it from 1500 to 1000 to make the EDF blow air rather than sucking air !!! Is there a simple way to that. Why it didn’t work with just inverting the channel !
