I'm alone many nights during the week as my BF works opposite shifts from me - cooking a quick, simple meal like this has done a world of good for me. You've inspired me so much. Yes, a nice homemade meal does have a way of making a person feel special. I'm really glad these meals help you. My husband and I worked opposite shifts for almost a decade. Air friers are also good for cooking chicken nuggets. Also, where did you get the measuring spoon that was almost flat? That was soooo cool. As someone in a small apartment, anything that saves space is a must have.

My mom actually gave me an air fryer. Now I just have to figure out how to cook things in to. lol. 😁 Sometimes technically and I don't get along. It took me a year to understand and be able to use my instant pot. 🤷 The measuring spoon was a gift many years ago. It's part of my cat measuring spoons (not sure if you've seen me use them). I went on Amazon and found that you can still buy them. Just search cat measuring spoons. They all snap together and when they do they make a cat head shape. ❤️
