Fruit and veg shortage: Traders and shoppers talk about 'painful' limit

Bilston Market looked a lot busier as shoppers took to the independent fruit and veg sellers who have yet to impose basket limits after supermarkets restricted how much people could buy after a unexpected weather conditions took a hold of many European and African nations, restricting how much they could produce.

From what i hear, supermarkets are not prepared to pay higher prices for fruit and veg during this shortage, result is empty shelves and/or rationing.
