To all those complaining about the amount of fruit left on the rind, you would lose your fucking mind if you went into the fruit cutting section of your supermarket. There’s a point where you are wasting time trying to get that last little bit of fruit (which on another note y’all are overestimating how much is actually left, it’s a couple bites worth even if you magically collected into a piece rather than mush) his job is obviously about speed and efficiency, getting every last morsel is neither of those things.

The cutting skills although fast but the pieces don't look in fine shape and that is very important as well cut pieces are liked by everyone.. plus watermelon is wasted in that outer layer he is throwing not using it optimally... But he is doing it real quick that is for sure

Great skills but I wish he used cellophane as gloves. Being in the side streets I doubt if he has enough water to wash his hands and uses soap for every customer who buys. Diarrhea kills.

He cuts very swiftly indeed, but he does waste a lot of fruit. Honestly, I do not see a point in cutting the fruites as you can sell them whole as well, and they will definitely last longer intact. If I wanted to eat a fruit on the street, I would buy the whole one.

Thats not a master. He is just quick, but lacks precision. Speed should be a waste product of precision, in this case it is simply not. The slices he takes for example of the watermelon are all over the place, and a huge amount of it just goes to waste.
