I'm pretty sure that rocket WAS in the tower, but in the next update, there's a space map, and in the room, it shows a pixelated version of the map. And it says successfully launched, so I'm pretty sure it was launched from the tower theres also grapes

My thoughts were the fruits got in an engine failure and crash in other places which are not solved yet. But maybe there will be more of these rockets with other new futuristic things for the rocket. The grapes you asked maybe working on these new variants of the rockets in a underground facility. The crash in the underwater might be the upcoming work of the rocket.
