Hi Neruda, always enjoying your teaching. I think the actual definition of “immaculate conception” is different from yours. Immaculate conception is not referring to conception without intercourse; it’s actual meaning is the belief (by Catholics) that Mary was sinless and therefore she conceived a sinless child. Please notify me if this is a misunderstanding, thank you!

It was a tongue in cheek comment. We use it as a figures of speech here to say that there is only one Jesus. He was conceived with no human seed but divine seed. Hope that makes sense
